"Miss Cheri Williams called me a month ago to see if I needed some insurance which I didn't but she was so nice I still decided to let her give me a quote to see if it was cheaper then I had and it wasn't , she was so nice and kind that when I needed some for my home the next month I didn't hesitate to reach out and call back , I couldn't remember her name at 1st but i definitely remembered her voice and she took good care of me., She gave me different quotes and they were good that I did a bundle deal ,house and car .She most definitely remembered me and she was very detailed and went over everything and made sure I understood what I was getting Will definitely recommend her and her customers service was exceptional .she definitely deserved a trophy for being on the phone with me for over a hour and listening and answering questions.She has great patients."

"paid 20 thousand in monthly payments over the course of 7 years never was in a accident, made two claims within the past 3 months both non accident claims and 1/2 were denied. I was given the runaround for weeks. Rarely did anyone reach out to touch base. I was told by them they were on my side but when the "expert" adjuster comes out to look at my vehicle. I didn't feel like she was in my corner then. My damage is obviously not normal wear and tear like the adjuster said. I liked this company up until the point they actually had to do a little work for me and now they're useless. STAY FAR AWAY they will screw you"
