"While this company can be much better, human interaction is the key to success but falls short on this attribute. I’ve been with Laurin Maier for several years. I’ve requested several times to speak with her but she’s ALWAYS occupied and has NEVER returned my calls . Honestly, I’m not sure if she’s even a person. What company’s owner have a business, doesn’t answer her phone and NEVER returns her calls . I’m referring to the last 24 months or more, no returned calls. My premiums with this agency fluctuate from an increase to double increase’s in premiums, with no viable explanations. Based on my personal observations, this group of employees are poorly trained. Two separate employees would give you different answers on the same question. Neither may be right. I tried to work with this company but they are only good at denying your claims, alleviating your premiums and taking you payments. The owner should take ownership in her business. My family and I will be looking for another agent. Note: I see a lot of positive reviews, got to be false."

"Been a customer of this agent for more than 5 years. For the past 2 or 3 years our premium has been going up almost $100 a month every 6 months. Decided to downgrade our liability (a lot) hoping to save money, at least not have it go up almost $100 a month. And guess what? It still managed to go up an extra $100 a month. Tried to call and speak to the actual agent Laurin Maier to try and figure out why it was still going up the same amount even AFTER I downgraded the liability. Called almost every day for a week to speak to her and was told that she was in meetings every day all day and I needed to keep calling back because she probably wasn't going to remember to call me back. Needless to say, I'm looking for another agent. If I'm going to pay these high prices, I will at least get good customer service and an agent who feels her customers' time is just as important as hers."
